Resilience and Yoga – training for the NHS

I run bespoke training for staff, such as nurses and doctors who are working on the front line. I use yoga to provide holistic practical self-care skills to build resilience, improve sleep and give practical tools for reducing stress.

I have worked with The London School of Paediatrics, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust and The Mulberry Centre for Cancer amongst others.

Currently I have also worked with Christina Jones on the CALM project at Surrey University. CALM; Compassionate, Aware, Lucid, Motivated is a one year teaching project working with student nurses to give them the tools to support them as they transition into the workplace.
